Laneesha Pettigrue is a visionary leader, speaker, and women's empowerment advocate who has dedicated her life to helping women step into their fullest potential. After navigating her own season of reinvention at 40, she recognized a profound gap: there was no dedicated, high-quality community for women in this powerful life stage.
In response, she founded 40+ Glow Club LLC — a community built on the belief that a woman's most radiant, purposeful, and impactful chapter begins at 40. What started as a small circle of women has grown into a thriving movement of over 1,000 members across the country.
Laneesha is a sought-after speaker, workshop facilitator, and mentor who brings warmth, wisdom, and a no-nonsense approach to personal development. She believes every woman deserves a community that sees her, celebrates her, and calls her higher.
